2. Add water to the water tank of the sawing machine. The water level is limited to the upper part of the pump suction port after the bed.
3. Close the breaker switch of the sawing machine, turn on the main stop switch, start the operation of the oil pump, turn the speed control switch counterclockwise to the slowest stop, and open the ascent switch.
4. Let the beam on the sawing machine rise to the highest position, and then open the operation switch, the saw wheel starts to roll, and you are especially reminded that the saw wheel and saw blade roll counterclockwise for forward rotation. After the test drive is completed, turn off the main stop switch.
5. Turn the saw blade wheel door and hang the saw blade. It is necessary to close the upper edge of the pulley.
6. It is necessary to put the saw blade into the guide head, tighten the hand wheel of the pulling plate to tighten the saw blade, and the saw blade is tightened until the hand pressure is inelastic.
7. According to the width of the workpiece processed by the sawing machine, adjust the left guide arm and the right guide arm can not move. It has been adjusted before leaving the factory. The guide head is 20mm away from the workpiece.
8. Turn the rotary valve of the sawing machine to release the gear, put the rotary valve of the workpiece and hit the prompt gear, and the workpiece will take the initiative to hurry.
9. Open the operation switch. After the saw wheel rolls, rotate the speed control switch to adjust the feed speed of the falling saw (the new saw blade cannot be too fast. Add the falling saw speed after a period of time)
10. Operate the quick-drop valve according to the sawing machine, the saw frame is quickly lowered, and the saw blade is stopped when it is close to the workpiece. The cutting is started at the beginning, and after the sawing is completed, the saw blade is automatically stopped, and the saw frame is automatically raised.
