Milling machine accessories grating ruler, electric scale
Rolling grating linear displacement sensors are divided into three types: small (code GCS-868), medium (code GCS-869), and large (code GCS-870). Each type can use a 50-line pair grating as the measurement reference. When used in conjunction with a digital display box, it can meet the digital display of various medium and small-sized machine tools and other precision measurement of linear displacement.
The reading head of the sensor adopts ball bearing positioning and guidance, with low friction, high sensitivity and long service life.
This sensor uses a precision measuring grating as a measuring standard, with high measuring accuracy. It has practical significance for the transformation and precision of the lost precision machine tools. The use of grating digital display machine tools can greatly improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency.
The sensor uses a sealed structure, reliable performance, easy installation, is unmatched by any other digital display system.

2. Working principle:
1. Grating measurement
The rolling grating linear displacement sensor is composed of aluminum profile, grating ruler, mounting end cover, reading head and signal cable (with plug). The grating ruler (scale) is fixed in the aluminum profile shell, and the mounting end caps are respectively fixed on both ends of the shell to form a measuring body based on the grating. The reading head is composed of four-splitting phase indicating grating, light source board, receiving board, shaping (matching) board and cable. Three ball bearings are installed on the side of the indicating grating seat, and the gap between the indicating grating and the grating is guaranteed by its positioning. The upper part of the indicating grating seat is equipped with two roller bearings. When the reading head and the grating move relative to each other, the indicating grating base is always attached to the scribed surface and the top of the grating, and the light source and the receiving plate installed on both sides of the indicating grating are used as the light source and shutter moire fringe receiving respectively. The photoelectric signal is processed by the digital display box into displacement figures. This completes the measurement of the linear displacement of the grating. In order to facilitate the processing of the digital display meter (box), in the sensor, the photoelectric signal of the moiré fringe is also shaped (matched) before being input by the signal cable.
In short, the rolling grating linear displacement sensor is composed of a housing with a grating ruler and a reading head with a signal cable.
2. Photoelectric conversion
Rolling grating linear displacement sensor adopts four-splitting phase indicating grating, so there are four groups of light-emitting and receiving systems, zero positionThe window also has an independent light-emitting and receiving system, and both use infrared diodes and phototransistors as light-emitting and receiving devices.
The light source is supplied to the light emitting diode through the current limiting resistor at 5VDC. Its working current is constant to ensure the stability of the received signal. 3. Zero window signal
The rolling grating linear displacement sensor has a zero (reference) window. When the reading head passes this mark on the scale, the reading head outputs a positive pulse, and the stop pulse (signal) is input to the digital display table (box), which is processed by it to obtain the coordinate positioning of the grating measurement.
