Product introduction: CW-E series ordinary lathes can carry out various turning processes, mainly used for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces and other parts with rotating surfaces. Turning the end face, grooving, cutting, drilling and turning all kinds of commonly used metric, inch, modulus and pitch thread, etc. Lathes with saddles can be used to turn large diameter or deformed parts.
Structural features:
◇ The bed has undergone surface quenching and grinding, and the quenching hardness is HRC50;
◇ The headstock gear is hardened and precision ground, and the high-speed gear accuracy can reach 5 grades; the headstock main shaft adopts three-point support and the main shaft has good rigidity; the headstock handle adopts centralized operation. The gear of the feed box is also quenched with teeth.
◇ The sliding board box of the machine tool is equipped with a fast moving device, an overload safety device, and a cross-directional cross-control handle opening and closing nut handle;
