2. Add water, the water level is limited to the upper part of the pump suction port after the bed.



3. Close the circuit breaker switch, unscrew the main stop switch, the oil pump switch works, turn the speed control switch counterclockwise to the slowest position, and open the ascent switch. Let the beam on the sawing machine rise to the highest position, and then turn on the operation switch, the saw wheel switch operates, and the counterclockwise rotation is forward rotation. After the test run, turn off the main stop switch.



4. Open the protective cover of the saw wheel and hang the saw blade. The saw blade must be close to the upper edge of the pulley.



5. Put the saw blade into the guide head, tighten the hand wheel of the pulling plate to tighten the saw blade. The saw blade is tightened until the hand pressure is inelastic.



6. According to the width of the workpiece, adjust the left guide arm and the right guide arm can not move. It has been adjusted before leaving the factory. The guide head is 20mm away from the workpiece.



7. Open the rotary valve ⒁ until the gear is released, put the workpiece rotary valve to hit the speed gear, and the work piece will take the initiative to hurry. Nine, open the operation switch, after the saw wheel rotates, rotate the speed control switch to adjust the feeding speed of the falling saw (the new saw blade cannot be too fast, and the falling saw speed will be added after a period of running-in)



8. Press the quick-drop valve, the saw frame is rapidly reduced, and the saw blade is stopped when it is close to the workpiece. The cutting is started at the beginning. After the sawing is completed, the saw belt is actively stopped, and the saw frame is automatically raised.
