Sawing machines use circular saw blades, saw bands, or saw blades as cutting tools to cut metal round materials, square materials, tubes, and profiles. The hydraulic transmission system is composed of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, oil tanks, pipelines, and other auxiliary components. Under the electrical control, the saw beam is lifted and the workpiece is clamped. The sawing machine can implement the stepless speed regulation of the feed rate through the speed regulating valve to meet the sawing requirements of different raw material workpieces. The electric control system of the sawing machine consists of a control circuit composed of an electrical box, a control box, a junction box, a travel switch, an electromagnet, etc. It is used to control the reversal of the saw blade, the lifting of the saw beam, the clamping of the workpiece, etc., so that it can be operated according to certain operations. The program completes the normal cutting cycle.

The lubrication system must be lubricated according to the requirements of the smooth parts of the machine tool (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, automatic bearing seat, worm bearing, upper and lower shafts of the lifting cylinder, and the sliding surface of the movable vise to clamp the screw rod) before starting. The worm gear and worm in the worm gear box are made of No. 30 oil bath, which is injected through the oil plug hole in the upper part of the worm gear box. The oil surface of the box is equipped with an oil mark. When the saw beam is at the lowest position, the oil surface should be located at the upper and lower limits of the oil mark between. The sawing machine should be changed after one month of trial. After that, the oil should be changed every 3-6 months. The lower part of the worm gear box is provided with an oil drain plug.

The motor mounted on the worm gear box by the saw blade drive drives the worm and worm gear in the worm gear box through the belt pulley and the triangle tape to drive the automatic wheel to rotate, and then drives the saw blade wound around the automatically forced rim to perform the cutting and reversing movement. The saw blade feed motion is a hydraulic circulation system composed of a lifting cylinder and a speed regulating valve, which controls the lowering speed of the saw beam and then controls the feed of the saw blade (stepless speed regulation). The saw brush rotates in the place where the saw blade produces chips, and rotates in the direction in which the saw blade travels to the saw, and the cooling pump supplies cooling liquid to clean and remove the chips on the saw teeth. The coolant is cooled in the cutting fluid tank on the right side of the base, and is directly driven by the water pump to supply the coolant.

Press the emergency stop (stop) button, rotate clockwise, the oil pump motor works, the gear pump works, the oil enters the pipeline through the filter, and the overflow valve is adjusted to make the system operating pressure meet the requirements. On the contrary, the button is pressed inward, and all motors are suspended. Workpiece clamping presses the clamp button, solenoid valve works, hydraulic oil enters the left side of the clamping cylinder, the right hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank, and the left clamp clamps the workpiece.

When the sawing beam of the sawing machine descends, press the pliers. The hydraulic oil enters the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve. There is a rod cavity; the hydraulic oil without the rod cavity passes through the solenoid valve, and the one-way speed regulating valve returns to the tank. When the saw beam descends quickly, press the down button, the hydraulic pressure works through the solenoid valve, the oil enters the lifting oil cylinder with a rod cavity, and the oil without the rod cavity returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the saw beam rises, press the up button, and the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve; the rod cavity oil returns to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the workpiece is released, press the pliers release button, and the hydraulic oil enters the right side of the clamping cylinder through the solenoid valve; the left hydraulic oil can return to the tank through the solenoid valve, and the left jaw moves the workpiece to the left to release.
