1. Every working day must clean the dirt of the machine tool and the guide rail to keep the bed clean. Turn off the air source and power supply after work, and at the same time evacuate the remaining air in the machine tool tube.

3. Pay attention to the presence of lubricating oil on the horizontal and longitudinal guide rails and rack surface of the machine to keep it well lubricated!
3. Weekly maintenance and repair:
1. Clean the machine thoroughly every week, clean the horizontal and vertical guide rails, transmission gear racks, and add lubricant.
2. Check whether the horizontal and vertical rail wiper is working properly, and replace it if it is abnormal.
3. Check whether all cutting torches are loose, clean up the muzzle of the ignition muzzle, and keep the ignition normal.
4. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether to replace the probe.
four. Monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. Check whether there is any garbage in the general air inlet, whether each valve and pressure gauge are working properly.
2. Check whether all air pipe joints are loose and all pipes are undamaged. Tighten or replace if necessary.
3. Check all transmission parts for looseness, check the meshing of gears and racks, and make adjustments if necessary.
4. Loosen the tightening device and push the pulley by hand, whether it comes and goes freely, if there is any abnormal situation, adjust or replace it in time.
5. Check the clamping block, steel belt and guide wheel for looseness and tightness of the steel belt, adjust if necessary.
6. Check the strong electric cabinet and the operating platform, whether the fastening screws are loose, use a vacuum cleaner or a blower to clean the dust in the cabinet. Check whether the terminal is loose (refer to the electrical manual for details)
7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, replace damaged ones, and finally draw a comprehensive inspection graphic to check the accuracy of the machine. The machine tool is not suitable for working in a dirty, high temperature and humid environment. The power supply environment of the power grid also has high requirements. The power supply voltage of the machine tool should not be worse than ± 10%, and the three corresponding balances are stable. A power grid that is too bad must be equipped with a voltage stabilizing source. In addition to keeping the machine clean and lubricated normally,
The following parts must also be carefully maintained:
1. The guide rails and leadscrews of the machine tool must not be contaminated with dirty water and dirt. Once contaminated with dirt, wipe with clean cotton yarn, and then lightly apply 10 # machine oil with absorbent cotton.
2. The guide wheel and bearing, for the life of the guide wheel and bearing, the too dirty coolant should also be replaced. If the machine is not turned on for a short time, the guide wheel must be turned for tens of seconds without water to make the guide wheel and guide wheel The dirty water in the suite is thrown out, and after a small amount of engine oil is injected, it is turned for tens of seconds, so that the engine oil and dirt in the gap are thrown out, and then a small amount of engine oil is injected. So that the guide wheel and bearing are often in a cleaner state. 3. The coupling and key on the wire barrel shaft and the motor should be kept in a tightly and securely matched state. Once the key loosens and the impact sound of the coupling occurs, the buffer pad and the coupling key. After a long commutation with a gap, the keyway on the shaft will deform and expand.
4. For the online cable between the control cabinet and the machine tool, the mopping part must be protected by a cover plate or plastic plate. Do not step on it at will. The cable should be in a slack and free state. Do not pull it with external force. The corrugated sheath is crushed and flattened. When the console (cabinet) is moved, it should be handled lightly, and do not plug or touch the connector or keyboard with oily hands.
5. No part of the bed surface should be knocked or collided, especially the wire frame and the bed surface should not interfere due to the over-travel movement, which will seriously damage the machine tool parts or accuracy.
